摘  要:以某轿车等速万向传动中间旋锻轴为研究对象,提出了基于毛坯尺寸变化和力学特性变化的粗、中、细道次下的径向进给量和径向进给道次匹配。通过严格控制径向进给量和径向进给道次的工艺参数变化匹配,保证内外圆圆度质量要求,特别是内圆圆度质量要求,避免旋锻几何缺陷,从而保证产品的静强度和疲劳强度要求。首先通过应力约束和圆度质量要求确定径向进给量范围;然后,通过控制内外圆圆度质量避免出现几何缺陷,提高锻打效率,从而确定径向进给道次;最后确定粗、中、细道次下的径向进给量和径向进给道次匹配,并与国外采用的工艺参数,如锻打时间和锻打次数等进行比较。结果表明,匹配的无芯棒旋锻径向进给道次合理,可为下一步试制做准备。Taking a car intermediate rotary forging shaft with constant speed universal transmission as the research object,the matching of radial feed rate and radial feed pass under rough,medium and fine passes based on the change of blank size and mechanical characteristics of blank was proposed.By strictly controlling the change matching of the process parameters of the radial feed rate and radial feed passes,the quality requirements of inner and outer circle roundness,especially the quality of inner circle roundness was guaranteed,and the geometric defects of rotary forging were avoided,thus the static strength and fatigue strength requirements of products were guaranteed.Firstly,the rate radial feed range was determined by stress constraint and roundness quality requirement.Then,by controlling the quality of inner and outer circle roundness to avoid geometric defects and improve the forging efficiency,then the radial feed passes were determined.Finally,the matching of the radial feed rates and the radial feed passes under the rough,medium and fine passes was determined and compared with the process parameters adopted abroad,such as forging time and forging times.The results show that the matched radial feed passes of mandrel-free rotary forging are reasonable and can be prepared for the next trial production.
