摘 要:对22MnB5高强度钢板材进行动态拉伸试验,获得材料的弹塑性力学性能数据,使用Swift-Hockett-Sherby本构模型描述其应变硬化特性。完成22MnB5高强钢板材的剪切、准静态单向拉伸、动态拉伸、缺口拉伸和穿孔试验,获得板材在不同应力状态下的力学试验数据,基于有限元软件LS-DYNA中的Modified Mohr-Coulomb(MMC)断裂准则,完成22MnB5高强度钢板材的MMC断裂准则模型参数标定,建立22MnB5高强度钢板材的MMC断裂准则失效曲面。采用MMC断裂准则模型,进行前防撞梁的三点弯曲压溃试验,仿真和试验结果吻合较好,说明MMC断裂准则模型能够有效的预测22MnB5高强度钢在碰撞载荷作用下的断裂失效过程。Dynamic tensile test of 22MnB5 high-strength steel plate was carried out to obtain the elastoplastic mechanical properties data of the material,and the strain hardening characteristics were described by the Swift-Hockett-Sherby constitutive model.Mechanical test data of the plate under different stress states were achieved by shearing,quasi-static unidirectional stretching,dynamic stretching,notch stretching and punching tests.Based on the Modified Mohr-Coulomb(MMC)fracture criterion in finite element software LS-DYNA,the parameter calibration of the MMC fracture criterion model of 22MnB5 high-strength steel plate was completed,and the failure surface of MMC fracture criterion for 22MnB5 high-strength steel plate was established.Using the MMC fracture criterion model,the three-point bending collapse test of front bumper was carried out and the experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results,which indicates that the MMC fracture criterion model can effectively predict the fracture failure process of 22MnB5 high-strength steel under the impact load.
