摘 要:针对以往现场就冷轧薄板离线板形测量过程中忽略重力影响而造成测量板形与实际板形偏差较大的问题,充分考虑到冷轧薄板离线板形测量的工艺特征,研究了冷轧薄板离线板形测量误差的产生机理,分析了不同浪距和板厚对浪高的影响,并建立了一套适合于冷轧薄板离线板形测量的重力影响模型。在此基础上,定量分析了重力因素对浪高的影响并提出了相应的冷轧薄板离线板形测量误差修正技术,采用悬挂测量法验证了冷轧薄板离线板形测量误差的修正方法的计算精度。将其应用到某1220二次冷轧机组的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果。Aiming at the problem that there is a large deviation between the measured and actural flatness due to neglecting the gravity effect in the off-line flatness measurement of cold rolled sheet at the scene in the past,the process characteristics of off-line flatness measurement of cold rolled sheet were taken into full consideration and the production mechanism of off-line flatness measurement error of cold rolled sheet was studied;the influence of different wave distances and sheet thicknesses on wave height was analyzed,and a set of gravity influence model suitable for off-line flatness measurement of cold rolled sheet was established.On this basis,the influence of gravity on wave height was analyzed quantitatively,and the corresponding correction technology of off-line shape measurement error of cold rolled sheet was proposed,and the calculation accuracy of the correction method for off-line flatness measurement error of cold rolled sheet was verified by hanging measurement method.The technology was applied to the production practice of a 1220 double cold rolling mill,and good using effects were achieved.
