摘 要:针对以往现场对于连退机组工艺的研究偏重于性能与通板稳定性的控制,而对板形控制偏少,导致机组板形封闭率的问题,充分考虑到连退机组的设备与工艺特点,以某1550连退机组为研究对象,分别以来料板形为16I的中浪、双边浪及高次浪为例定量研究了连退过程中带钢在各工艺段单元内外的板形演变趋势。同时,将连退炉的加热段作为典型案例,定量模拟出了在不同的炉辊凸度、来料板形、横向温度分布以及张应力作用下单元内外的板形分布情况,分析了上述因素对单元内外板形的影响规律。最后,提出了可以从炉辊辊型优化、来料板形标准的制定、张力设定值的优化等方面入手进行连退炉内板形控制的策略,为现场对连退机组的板形控制提供理论基础。Aiming at the problem that the previous researches on the process of continuous annealing unit mainly focused on performance and strip stability control,but discussed little about strip shape control,which resulted in high closure rate of continuous annealing unit,in fully consideration of equipment and process characteristics of continuous annealing unit,a 1550 continuous annealing unit was taken as the study object and a quantitative study on shape evoluton trend of strip steel inside and outside each process section unit in continuous annealing process was carried out by taking medium wave,bilateral wave and order wave with strip shape of 16I as the examples.Meanwhile,the heating section of continuous annealing furnace was taken as the typical case,the shape distribution inside and outside the unit with different furnace roller crowns,incoming strip shapes,horizontal temperature distributions and tensile stresses was quantitatively simulated and the influence law of these factors on strip shape inside and outside the unit was also analyzed.Finally,measures of strip shape control in continuous annealing furnace from the aspects of furnace roller profile optimization,setting of strip shape standard and optimization of tensile force setting value were put forward,and a theoretical foundation for strip shape control of continuous annealing unit was provided.
