摘　　要：目的:探索利用互联网技术解决医院传统一卡通项目使用实体卡作为就诊卡存在问题的可行性。方法:基于"互联网+患者身份识别技术",开发基于微信公众号和支付宝生活号的电子就诊卡。结果:实现患者全流程无卡就医。结论:通过该项措施,有效缓解患者看病难的问题,改善患者就医体验。Objective: To explore the feasibility of using Internet technology to solve the problems of using physical card as medical card in traditional one-card project of hospitals. Methods: Based on the Internet + patient identification technology, the electronic medical card based on WeChat public number and Alipay life number is developed. Results: To realize the whole process of patients seeking medical treatment without card. Conclusion: Through this measure, we can effectively solve the problem of patients difficulty in seeing a doctor and improve patients’ experience of seeing a doctor.
