摘　　要：目的:为合理利用医疗资源,将医生碎片化的时间服务于线上病情简单的复诊患者,而将医院宝贵的医疗资源留给处置线下病情复杂或危重的患者,以缓解医疗需求与供给的矛盾。方法:在医生端研发基于与"军字一号"医院信息系统深度融合且满足法律法规要求的App和改造现有的医生工作站(PC端),在患者端研发微信小程序满足患者在线模式下的诊疗和随访服务要求。结果:系统既实现了患者端的在线便民门诊、在线问诊、在线随访及智能分诊等应用,又实现了医生端的线上咨询、线上门诊、随访管理及病历管理等应用。结论:通过"军字一号"医院信息系统与云医疗及云随访系统的深度融合,实现了医院线上线下的闭环服务,既扩展了军队医院服务的时间与空间维度,也缓解了医疗供需之间的矛盾。Objective: In order to make rational use of medical resources, the doctor’s fragmentation time can be used for the online patient with simple conditions, and provide precious medical resources for the offline patient with critical or conditions, to alleviate the contradiction between medical demand and supply. Methods: Based on No.1 Military hospital information system, to develop an App that meets the requirements of laws and regulations, and upgrades the existing doctor workstation(PC) for the doctor. To develop a WeChat applet for the patient that meets the requirements of diagnosis and treatment and post-diagnosis follow-up service under the online mode of patients. Results: This system not only realizes the application of online convenient outpatient service, online consultation, online follow-up and intelligent triage for the patient, but also realizes the application of online consultation, online outpatient service, follow-up management and medical record management for the doctor. Conclusion: Through the deep integration of No.1 military hospital information system with cloud healthcare and cloud follow-up system, the hospital online and offline closed-loop service is realized, which not only expands the time and space dimension of military hospital service, but also alleviates the contradiction between medical supply and demand.
