摘　　要：目的:医院信息系统(HIS)支持儿童电子居民就诊卡的就医全流程。方法:利用医院信息系统和省厅电子居民健康卡系统以及妇幼系统进行系统对接,同时改造HIS端所有读卡模块。结果:儿童在江西省儿童医院可申领电子居民健康卡,其他医疗机构或途径申领的电子卡在医院也可正常就诊。结论:HIS能兼容电子就诊卡和历史实体卡,为患者提供高效、优质的服务,具有较强的现实意义。Objective: The hospital information system(HIS) supports the whole process of children’s electronic resident health card. Methods: The hospital information system, the provincial-and-department-level electronic resident health card system and the maternal and child system are used for system docking, and all the card reading modules at HIS terminal are modified at the same time. Results: Children can apply for the electronic resident health card in our hospital, and see a doctor in our hospital with the electronic card applied for from other medical institutions or through other channels. Conclusion: The HIS system can be compatible with the electronic health card and the historical entity card, and provide efficient and high-quality services to patients, which has great practical significance.
