摘　　要：目的:研究重症监护信息系统在ICU工作中的临床应用效果。方法:选取120例重症患者,随机分为实验组和对照组两组。实验组60例,患者严格依据重症监护信息系统(intensive clinical information system,ICIS)完成相应的看护;对照组60例,采用常规的看护方式。结果:与对照组相比,实验组每24 h病情记录的时间、观察项维护的时间、出入量维护的时间及核对确认医嘱的时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组书写质量的比较,结果显示实验组的书写质量明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:重症监护信息系统在ICU工作中的临床应用效果显著,提高了医护人员的工作效率、病历书写的质量,对于推进医疗服务质量有重要的意义,值得在临床工作中广泛应用。Objective: To study the clinical effect of intensive care information system in ICU. Methods: 120 critically ill patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(two groups). In the experimental group, 60 patients were cared strictly according to the Intensive Clinical Information System(ICIS), while in the control group, 60 patients were cared only by the usual methods. Results: Compared with the control group, the duration of the disease record, the maintenance time of observation items, the maintenance time of incoming and outgoing volume and the time of checking and confirming doctor’s orders in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the writing quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The clinical application of ICU information system has a remarkable effect, which greatly improves the work efficiency of medical staff and the quality of medical record writing. It is of great significance to promote the quality of medical service and is worthy of extensive use in clinical work.
