摘  要:通过对不同应变速率下6082铝合金力学性能和断口形貌进行研究。结果表明,应变速率在0.008~1000 s^-1区间呈正应变敏感性。随应变速率的增加,合金的流动应力由缓慢增加变为大幅度增加,塑性随之下降。高应变速率下合金拉伸断口以脆性断裂为主,位错台阶,韧窝小而少,具有明显的解理特征;静态载荷低应变速率下,合金断口上存在较深的韧窝,以韧性断裂为主。The mechanical properties and fracture morphology of 6082 alloy are studied at different strain rates,the results show that the strain rate is positive strain sensitivity in the range of 0.008 to 1000 s^-1.With the increase of strain rate,the flow stress of the alloy changes from a slow increase to a large increase,then the plastic property decreases accordingly.The tensile fracture at high strain rate is mainly brittle fracture,where has dislocation steps and less small dimples,so it has the obvious characteristics of cleavage.There have many deep dimples on the fracture under low strain rates of static load,and the fracure mode of alloy is mainly ductile fracture.
