四子散热奄包综合治疗永久性心脏起搏器植入术后不适的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨四子散热奄包综合治疗永久性心脏起搏器植入术后不适的临床效果。方法70例永久性心脏起搏器植入术后不适患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组采用常规治疗护理+四子散热奄包治疗,对照组采用常规治疗护理+气压治疗。比较两组患者治疗后腰部酸痛评分、失眠评分、肩关节僵硬分级;尿潴留发生情况;术后3、5 d便秘发生情况;护理满意度。结果观察组患者治疗后腰部酸痛评分(1.50±0.38)分、失眠评分(1.10±0.40)分均低于对照组的(2.50±0.52)、(2.51±0.50)分,肩关节僵硬分级(3.01±0.50)级高于对照组的(2.05±0.41)级,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后尿潴留发生率17.14%、术后3 d便秘发生率14.29%、术后5 d便秘发生率8.57%均低于对照组的48.57%、42.86%、28.57%,护理满意度80.00%高于对照组的51.43%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四子散热奄包综合治疗能减轻永久性心脏起搏器植入术后腰部酸痛、肩关节僵硬、失眠、尿潴留和便秘情况,为永久性心脏起搏器植入术后不适患者提供直接、有效的方法,值得在临床上进一步探讨和推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of Sizisan foment bag for the treatment of discomfort after permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods A total of 70 cases of discomfort after implantation of permanent pacemaker were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by conventional therapy and Sizisan foment bag,and the control group was treated by conventional therapy and pressure therapy.The waist soreness score,insomnia score,shoulder stiffness grade after treatment,occurrence of urinary retention and occurrence of constipation 3 and 5 d after operation,and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the waist soreness score and insomnia score of the observation group were(1.50±0.38)and(1.10±0.40)points,which were lower than those of the control group(2.50±0.52)and(2.51±0.50)points,shoulder stiffness grade(3.01±0.50)grades was higher than that of the control group(2.05±0.41)grades.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative urinary retention of the observation group was 17.14%,the incidence of constipation 3 d after the operation was 14.29%,and the incidence of constipation 5 d after the operation was 8.57%,which were lower than those of the control group 48.57%,42.86%and 28.57%,and satisfaction degree of nursing 80.00%was higher than that of the control group 51.43%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive therapy of Sizisan foment bag can relieve waist pain after operation,shoulder stiffness,insomnia,urinary retention and constipation after permanent pacemaker implantation,and provide a direct and effective method for patients with discomfort after permanent pacemaker implantation.It is worthy of further discussion and promotion in the clinic.
