摘 要:目的研究呼吸功能锻炼对胸廓畸形患者术后康复效果的影响。方法73例胸廓畸形矫治术后患者,随机分为对照组(37例)及观察组(36例)。对照组患者按照一般术后常规方法进行护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行呼吸功能锻炼。比较两组患者术前、术后7 d肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)]、动脉血气分析指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)]水平;住院时间以及肺部感染发生情况。结果术前,两组患者的FVC、FEV1、PaO2、PaCO2水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7 d,观察组患者的FVC、FEV1、PaO2水平高于对照组,PaCO2水平低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺部感染发生率2.78%低于对照组的18.92%,住院时间(10.08±2.54)d短于对照组的(11.59±3.47)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸廓畸形患者术后进行呼吸功能锻炼可使其肺功能得到改善,减少肺部感染的发生,加快患者康复出院速度。Objective To study the effect of respiratory function exercise in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with thoracic deformity.Methods A total of 73 cases of thoracic deformity after correction were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(36 cases).Patients in the control group were nursed according to the general postoperative routine methods,and the patients in the observation group were given respiratory function exercise on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the 1 st second(FEV1)]and arterial blood gas analysis indexes[partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)]before operatoin and 7 d after operation,hospitalization time and occurrence of pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups.Results Before operation,there was no statistically significant difference in levels of FVC,FEV1,PaO2 and PaCO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).7 d after operation,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and PaO2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and PaCO2 level was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary infection of the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than that of the control group 18.92%,and hosptialization time(10.08±2.54)d was shorter than that of the control group(11.59±3.47)d.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function exercise can improve the pulmonray function of patients after thoracic deformaity,reduce the occurrence of pulmonary infection,and speed up the recovery and discharge of patients.
