摘  要:针对某海洋平台上修井机的K型两节套装井架主体结构出现局部开裂的问题,校核了井架开裂部位构件的结构强度和焊缝强度。分析了该井架在起升过程中各种非理想载荷的施加对井架局部结构强度的影响。该井架出现局部开裂的原因是结构设计不合理,焊缝强度不足。提出了与井架起升相关的主体结构局部改进方案,以及提高焊接检验等级的措施。In view of the local cracking of the main structure of the K-type two-section suit derrick of a workover rig on an offshore platform,the structural strength and weld strength of the cracked components of the derrick were checked.The effects of various non-ideal loads on the local structure strength of the derrick during the lifting process were analyzed.The local cracking of the derrick was caused by irrational structural design and insufficient weld strength.A partial improvement plan of the main structure related to derrick lifting and measures to improve the level of welding inspection were proposed.
