摘  要:采用中频感应熔炼炉添加了不同含量的稀土Y对再生铝合金ADC12进行了熔炼。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪等分析了添加稀土Y对再生铝合金ADC12的凝固组织和相组成的影响;分析了凝固组织中含Fe相的形貌演变及分布;分析了再生铝合金的显微硬度和抗压强度。结果表明,稀土Y的加入改变了再生铝合金ADC12中含Fe相的形貌,主要是对β-Fe相起到了变质作用。随着稀土Y添加量逐渐增大,合金凝固组织中析出的β-Fe相由枝晶间偏析聚集到被熔断,尺寸变小,形貌由粗大的树枝晶变成细小的鱼骨状,偏析逐渐改善。当Y含量为0.5wt%时,含Fe相明显细化,组织中的β-Fe相由原来的条状、块状变为颗粒状,且分布均匀;当稀土Y含量增加到大于0.5wt%后,组织中的β-Fe相又由细小的短杆状转变为粗大的长针状。随着Y含量的增加,该合金的显微硬度和抗压强度均先增大后减小,当Y含量为0.5wt%时,合金的力学性能达到最佳:显微硬度为431 HV0.1、抗压强度为585 MPa,较重熔前的合金分别提高了30.2%和21.9%。The recycled aluminum alloyADC12 was smelted bymedium frequency induction melting furnace,and different contents of rare earth Y were added.The effects of rare earth Y addition on the solidification structure and phase composition of recycled ADC12 alloy were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer.The morphological evolution and distribution of Fe-containing phase in solidification microstructure were analyzed.The microhardness and compressive strength of the recycled aluminum alloy were analyzed.The results show that the addition of rare earth Y changes the morphology of the Fe-containing phase in the recycled aluminum alloy ADC12,which mainly affects the β-Fe phase.With the increase of addition amount of rare earth Y,β-Fe phase precipitating in the solidification structure of the alloy transforms from concentrated dendritic segregation to melted state,the size becomes smaller,and the morphology changes from coarse dendrites to fine fish bones,and the segregation gradually improves.When the content of Y is 0.5wt%,the Fe-containing phase is remarkably refined,the β-Fe phase in the structure changes from the original strip shape to the granular shape,and the distribution is uniform;when the rare earth Y content is increased to more than 0.5wt%,theβ-Fe in the structure changes from a small short rod shape to a thick long needle shape.With the increase of Y content,the microhardness and the compressive strength of the alloy increases first and then decreases.When the content of Y is 0.5wt%,the mechanical properties of the alloy reach the best,the microhardness is 431 HV0.1 and the compressive strength is 585 MPa,which is increased separately by 30.2%and 21.9%compared with that of the alloy before remelting.
