摘 要:添加Cr2O3陶瓷颗粒和硼酸铝晶须进入搪瓷涂层制备TC4钛合金搪瓷复合涂层。对该复合涂层进行了热震实验和抗高温氧化性能实验。结果表明:该复合涂层的主晶相为NaAlSi3O8,Cr2O3陶瓷颗粒与[AlBO]w作为增强相以独立相存在。随[AlBO]w含量的增加,该涂层的致密度增加,添加8%[AlBO]w的搪瓷涂层致密性最好。在热震实验中,当硼酸铝晶须含量小于2%时,涂层以脱落的形式失效;当硼酸铝晶须含量大于2%时,涂层以减薄的形式失效。添加8%[AlBO]w的搪瓷涂层热震性能最佳,比未添加[AlBO]w的搪瓷涂层热震失重减小82.01%。添加8%[AlBO]w的涂层氧化增重最小,为0.23 mg/cm^2,较未添加[AlBO]w的搪瓷涂层减小59.65%。TC4 titanium alloy enamel composite coating was prepared by adding Cr2O3 ceramic particles and aluminum borate whisker into the enamel coating.The thermal shock test and high temperature oxidation resistance test of the coating were carried out.The results show that the main phase of the composite coating is NaAlSi3O8,and Cr2O3 particles and aluminum borate whisker are independent phases as reinforced phase.With the increase of the content of aluminium borate whisker,the density of the coating increases,and the enamel coating with 8%aluminium borate whisker has the best density.During the thermal shock test,when the content of aluminium borate whisker is less than 2%,the coating is invalid in the form of shedding,when the content of aluminium borate whisker is more than 2%,the coating is invalid in the form of thinning.The thermal shock effect of the enamel coating with 8% aluminium borate whisker is best,which is 82.01%less than that of the enamel coating without aluminium borate whisker.The coating with 8% aluminum borate whisker has the smallest oxidation weight gain of 0.23 mg/cm^2,which is 59.65% lower than that of the coating without aluminum borate whisker.
