摘 要:建立了不同试样厚度条件下激光熔凝强化RuT300温度场的仿真模型,分析了试样厚度对温度分布、冷却速率和温度梯度的影响。结果表明:不同厚度的试样在距离上表面相同深度处的最高温度不同,伴随着试样厚度的增加,在试样同一深度处的最高温度减小,厚度参数对试样下部温度场的影响更大;不同厚度的试样在距离上表面相同深度处的冷却速率不同,伴随着试样厚度的增加,在试样同一深度处的冷却速率增大;试样温度梯度的分布自上至下是一个逐渐降低的过程;不同厚度的试样,在距离上表面相同位置处的温度梯度值不同,且试样厚度参数的变化对试样下部的温度梯度影响更大。A simulation model of laser melting strengthening RuT300 temperature field under different sample thickness was established and the influences of sample thickness on the temperature distribution,cooling rate and temperature gradient were analyzed.The results show that the maximum temperature of the samples with different thickness is different at the same depth from the upper surface,with the increase of sample thickness,the maximum temperature at the same depth of sample decreases and the thickness parameter has greater influence on the temperature field at the lower part of the sample.The cooling rate of samples with different thickness is different at the same depth on the surface of distance and with the increase of sample thickness,the cooling rate increases at the same depth of sample.The temperature gradient distribution of the sample from top to bottom is a gradually decreasing process.The temperature gradient value of the sample with different thickness is different at the same position from the upper surface,and the variation of the thickness parameter of the sample has greater influence on the temperature gradient of the lower part of the sample.
