摘  要:研究了800℃时效处理对446超级铁素体不锈钢微观组织与力学性能的影响。采用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了微观组织结构,通过拉伸试验、夏比冲击试验研究了力学性能。结果表明:466超级铁素体不锈钢对800℃时效处理敏感,此时脆性σ相极易析出。少量的σ相有利于提高材料的抗拉强度;当σ相析出形成网状结构时,使材料的抗拉强度和伸长率急剧下降,即使未形成网状结构,σ相析出也会造成材料的冲击韧性急剧下降。The effects of aging treatment at 800℃ on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 446 super ferrite stainless steel were studied.The microstructure was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.The mechanical properties were studied by tensile test and charpy impact test.The results show that,446 super-ferritic stainless steel is sensitive to aging treatment at 800℃,and the brittleσphase is easy to precipitate at this time.A small amount ofσphase can improve the tensile strength of the material.Whenσphase precipitates to form a network structure,the tensile strength and elongation of the material decrease sharply.Even if the network structure is not formed,the precipitate of σ phase results in a sharp decrease in the impact toughness of the material.
