摘 要:研究了挤压铸造比压及热处理工艺对12MnCrMo低碳低合金钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明:随着挤压压力从100 MPa增大到150 MPa,凝固组织由块状铁素体、碳化物逐渐转变为大量贝氏体、铁素体,铁素体逐渐由块状转变为针状,其长径比增加。而平均晶粒尺寸从80.29μm减小到34.69μm,减小了56.79%。对试样在退火处理后分别进行了调质和正火+调质两种不同的热处理,发现试样在进行退火后调质处理,其抗拉强度较退火后正火+调质处理降低。断口形貌分析表明,随着比压增大,韧窝的平均直径及深度增大,力学性能增强。The effects of squeeze casting pressure and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of low carbon low alloy steel 12MnCrMn were studied.The results show that,with the increase of extrusion pressure from 100 MPa to 150 MPa,the solidification microstructure changes from bulk ferrite,carbides to a large number of bainite and ferrite.The ferrite gradually changes from block to needle and its aspect ratio increases.The average grain size decreases from 80.29μm to 34.69μm,which decreases by 56.79%.After annealing,the samples are treated with two kinds of heat treatment respectively,tempering and normalizing+tempering.It is found that the tensile strength of the samples after annealing and tempering is lower than that of normalizing and tempering after annealing.The fracture morphology analysis shows that the average diameter and depth of dimples increase with the increase of specific pressure,and the mechanical properties increase gradually.
