摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定益心舒片中五味子醇甲、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法色谱柱:Agilent 5 TC-C18(2)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),进样量:10μL,流速:1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温:25℃,检测波长:260 nm。结果该条件下所测4种成分的色谱峰分离度较好,其他成分对测定无干扰。五味子醇甲、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA的浓度分别在2.527~40.432μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998)、1.937~30.992μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998)、1.328~21.24μg·mL^-1(r=0.9996)、2.477~39.624μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别在100.8%~101.8%、98.5%~99.0%、98.1%~102.8%、95.9%~98.8%,RSD值均小于2.0%。结论所建立的方法简便易行,重复性好,精密度高,能为益心舒片的质量控制提供参考。Objective To simultaneously determine schisandrol A,cryptotanshinone,tanshinoneⅠ,and tanshinoneⅡA in Yixinshu tablets by HPLC.Methods Agilent 5 TC-C18(2)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used.The mobile phase included acetonitrile-water(gradient elution),the injection volume was 10μL,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,the column temperature was 25℃,and the detection wavelength was 260 nm.Results The 4 components separated well under these conditions,and the other components had no interference.The concentrations of schisandrin,cryptotanshinone,tanshinoneⅠand tanshinoneⅡA were linear with the peak area at 2.527-40.432μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998),1.937-30.992μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998),1.328-21.24μg·mL^-1(r=0.9996),and 2.477-39.624μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998),with good recovery.The average recoveries of the 4 components were 100.8%-101.8%,98.5%-99.0%,98.1%-102.8%,and 95.9%-98.8%,respectively,with RSD less than 2.0%.Conclusion The method is simple and easy with good repeatability and precision,which provides reference for the quality control of Yixinshu tablets.
