摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情对日本企业的业绩、生产、经营方式都产生了很大的影响。业务连续性计划(BCP)是日本企业应对重大突发事件的主要对策之一,面对新冠肺炎疫情,日本企业在假定具体风险前提下制定的BCP发挥了一定作用,但也存在一些需要改进之处。以这次疫情为契机,日本企业会从站在企业社会责任(CSR)角度、强调统治力和建立国际协调机制等方面加大制定BCP的力度和充实BCP的内容。The COVID-19 pandemic has a great impact on the performance, production and management of Japanese enterprises. The Business Continuity Plan(BCP) serves as one of the main countermeasures for Japanese companies to deal with major emergencies. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, Japanese enterprises have formulated BCP under the premise of assuming specific risks. BCP has played a role, but there are still some improvements to be made. Taking this pandemic as an opportunity, Japanese enterprises will increase the strength of making BCP and enrich the content of BCP from the perspective of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), emphasis on dominance and the establishment of an international coordination mechanism.
