摘  要:利用SFA随机前沿模型,对粤港澳大湾区11个城市2006-2017年技术创新效率进行测度,分析技术创新效率的波动原因,进而对技术创新效率影响因素如产业结构、金融规模和政府规模等进行实证分析。实证结果表明,湾区总体上技术创新效率呈逐年增长趋势,广州、东莞地区最接近生产前沿面,深圳地区增速最快,珠海、澳门地区显著低于湾区平均水平;第三产业比重增加会降低湾区技术创新效率;金融规模对湾区技术创新效率有着显著正相关关系;政府对湾区技术创新效率贡献度不足。This paper mainly uses the SFA stochastic frontier model to measure the technological innovation efficiency of 11 cities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in 2006-2017, analyzes the causes of fluctuations in technological innovation efficiency, and the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency such as industrial structure, financial scale, government. Empirical analysis of scale and soon. The empirical results show that the overall technological innovation efficiency of the Bay Area is increasing year by year. The Guangzhou and Dongguan areas are the closest to the production frontier. The Shenzhen area has the fastest growth rate. The Zhuhai and Macao areas are significantly lower than the Bay Area average. The tertiary industry has increased its proportion. It will reduce the efficiency of technological innovation in the Bay Area. The financial scale has a significant positive correlation with the technological innovation efficiency of the Bay Area. The government’s contribution to the technological innovation efficiency of the Bay Area is insufficient.
