摘　　要：探索解决医院科研管理模式存在的临床缺乏科研动力、基础研究与临床脱节、科研运行机制矛盾突出等现状的科研管理模式。采用文献研究、实证研究、建立创新团队前后结果对比等研究方法,总结以PI制为核心,构建高效运行的科研团队运行模式。PI制实行以来,医院在激发全院科研动力、培养高水平科研人才队伍、科研项目申报、科研协作、科研平台搭建、科研成果转化等方面取得了较好的成效,推动了医院科研水平的发展。PI制能够为医院科研团队管理优化探索、提高医院科研水平提供一种切实可行的管理模式。This study explores the current scientific research management mode of the lack of scientific research motivation, basic research and clinical disconnection, and contradiction between scientific research operation mechanism in the hospital scientific research management mode. Using literature research, empirical research, establishing a comparison of results before and after the innovation team, the study summarizes the PI system as the core to build an efficient operation of the scientific research team operation mode. Since the implementation of PI system, the hospital has achieved good results in stimulating the scientific research power of the whole hospital, training highlevel scientific research talents, scientific research project application, scientific research cooperation, scientific research platform construction, scientific research achievements transformation, etc., and promoted the development of scientific research level of the hospital. PI system can provide a practical management mode for optimizing the management of hospital scientific research team and improving the level of hospital scientific research.
