疲劳行为存在终末激发的生产-库存联合优化

摘  要:将生产划分为学习期-稳定期-疲劳期-终末激发期,建立疲劳存在终末激发的生产-库存联合优化模型。研究发现,相比于疲劳不存在终末激发,终末激发的存在使得总产量增加,同时也延长了整个生产时间,在终末激发期内生产率增加越快,最优供货次数越少、单次供货量越大,系统平均成本也越低。在学习期,不论是生产率增加率的增大还是初始生产率的增大,均会导致疲劳期起始生产率的增大,从而延长疲劳期的生产时间,且均会导致系统的平均生产率提高从而降低系统的平均成本;疲劳期内的生产率减少率越大,表明疲劳越迅速,需要减少疲劳期的生产时间来缓解疲劳;终末激发期内的生产率增加率越大,疲劳期的生产时间也越短;疲劳期内生产率减少率的增大使得系统平均成本先增大后减少。Dividing the production into learning period-stable period-fatigue period-final excitation period, and establishing a combined production-inventory optimization model with fatigue terminal excitation, the research results are as follows: Compared with fatigue without terminal excitation, the existence of terminal excitation increases the total yield and prolongs the whole production time, meanwhile in the final excitation period, the faster the productivity increases, the fewer optimal supply times, the larger the single supply, and the lower the average cost of the system. In the study period, whether the increase of productivity or initial productivity, will lead to the increase of initial productivity during the fatigue period, thus prolonging the production time of the fatigue period. Either the increase of productivity or initial productivity will increase the average productivity of the system, thus reducing the average cost of the system. The greater the productivity reduction rate during the fatigue period indicates more rapid fatigue which needs reducing the production time during the fatigue period to alleviate fatigue. The greater the productivity increase rate in the final excitation period, the shorter the production period during the fatigue period. The increase of productivity during the fatigue period makes the average cost of the system increase first and then decrease.
