摘　　要：目的评估社区人群功能测定量表(COOP/WONCA)应用于社区老年高血压患者的信效度。方法选取2018年10月至2019年9月北京市朝阳区大屯社区卫生服务中心的65岁以上高血压患者503例为调查对象,完成COOP/WONCA和健康状况调查问卷SF-36(效标量表)。使用组内相关系数(ICC)检验COOP/WONCA重测信度,使用Cronbach’α系数测定量表内在一致性。检验COOP/WONCA各条目与SF-36相应维度的相关性,评估问卷的效标效度。结果COOP/WONCA大多数条目具有较好的重测信度(ICC=0.723~0.850),除了健康变化条目(ICC=0.566);Cronbach’α系数为0.734,具有较好的内在一致性。Spearman相关方法分析显示,COOP/WONCA的体能、感受、社会活动、疼痛条目分别与SF-36的生理功能、精神、社会功能、疼痛维度具有强相关性(r=-0.659、-0.550、-0.590、-0.663,均P<0.05)。结论COOP/WONCA具有较好的信效度,可作为我国社区老年高血压人群生活质量评估的一种简便筛查工具。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Dartmouth Primary Care Cooperative Information Project( COOP)/World Organization of National Colleges,Academies and Academic Associations( WONCA) chart for elderly hypertension patients in community. Methods A total of503 patients with hypertension over the age of 65 were included from October 2018 to September 2019 at Datun Community Health Service Center of Chaoyang District,Beijing. The COOP/WONCA charts and Short-form36 Health Survey( SF-36) were completed in all patients. Test-retest reliability was analyzed using intraclass correlation coefficient( ICC). Internal consistency was measured using Cronbach’ α coefficient. Validities of COOP/WONCA charts and SF-36 wereanalyzed. Results ICC values of most COOP/WONCA domains were acceptable( 0. 723-0. 850),except the change of health( 0. 566). Cronbach’ α coefficient was 0. 734,which showed a good internal consistency. Related domains of COOP/WONCA charts and SF-36 demonstrated strong linear relations with Spearman coefficients ranging from-0. 550 to-0. 663( physical fitness vs physiological function-0. 659,feelings vs mental state-0. 550,social activities vs social function-0. 590,pain vs pain-0. 663,all P < 0. 05). Conclusions COOP/WONCA charts show good reliability and validity. They can be used as a convenient tool for assessing the quality of life in elderly hypertension patients in community in China.
