知信行模式在提高特需病房患者依从性方面的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨知信行模式在提高特需病房患者依从性方面的应用效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院特需病房2018年1-5月收治的100例患者为对照组,2018年8-12月收治的100例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用知信行护理模式。比较2组患者在完成检查、配合治疗、遵医用药、遵医饮食、遵守病房制度5个方面的依从性。结果观察组完成检查、配合治疗、遵医用药、遵医饮食、遵守病房制度比例均明显高于対照组[97.0%(97/100)比90.0%(90/100)、99.0%(99/100)比92.0%(92/100)、99.0%(99/100)比91.0%(91/100)、76.0%(76/100)比62.0%(62/100)、90.0%(90/100)比76.0%(76/100)](均P<0.05)。结论知信行护理模式能够有效提高特需病房患者的依从性。Objective To explore the effect of knowledge belief and behavior model on patient compliance in special needs ward. Methods Totally 100 patients admitted to the special ward of Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University from January to May 2018 were selected;100 patients from August to December 2018 were included as the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing measures according to the mode of knowledge,belief and behavior. The compliance of the two groups was compared. Results The compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group in five aspects: completing examination,cooperating treatment,following medical medicines,following medical diet and abiding by hospitalization system[97. 0%( 97/100) vs 90. 0%( 90/100),99. 0%( 99/100) vs 92. 0%( 92/100),99. 0%( 99/100) vs 91. 0%( 91/100),76. 0%( 76/100) vs62. 0%( 62/100),90. 0%( 90/100) vs 76. 0%( 76/100) ]( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Knowledge belief and behavior model can effectively improve the compliance of patients with special needs.
