摘　　要：目的研究湖北省宜昌市2016-2017年带状疱疹(herpes zoster,HZ)和疱疹后神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)患者的直接经济负担。方法依托宜昌健康管理大数据平台,采用SPSS统计学软件,对2016-2017年从宜昌健康管理大数据平台收集的HZ和PHN患者的就诊费用数据进行清洗、分析。结果2016-2017年,宜昌市覆盖的78万人口中,HZ患者门诊总费用分别为111.01万元和127.84万元,HZ患者住院总费用分别为166.33万元和338.85万元;PHN患者门诊总费用分别为14.44万元和19.08万元,PHN患者住院总费用分别为14.45万元和34.73万元。50岁以上人群的病例数和费用均高于50岁以下人群。结论HZ及PHN患者疾病经济负担较重,且主要发生在50岁以上人群中。Objective To study the direct economic burden of herpes zoster(HZ) and postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) in Yichang city, Hubei province of China in 2016 and 2017. Methods Based on Yichang City Health Management Big Data Platform and SPSS statistical software, the data of patients with HZ and PHN in 2016 and 2017 were collected and analyzed. Results In 2016 and 2017, among the 780 000 population covered by the health database, the total direct expenses of HZ outpatients were 1.11 and 1.28 million Chinese yuans, respectively, and the total expenses for HZ inpatient were 1.66 and 3.38 millions of Chinese yuans, respectively. The number and cost for cases over 50 years old are higher than that under 50 years old. Conclusions The direct economic burden of HZ and PHN patients is heavy especially for those over 50 years old.
