摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定辅助降糖片中芦丁、异槲皮苷、槲皮素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Thermo syncronis C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)。流动相:乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸水(B)。梯度洗脱:0~5分钟,12%(B);5~15分钟,22%(B);15~25分钟,28%(B);25~30分钟,30%(B);30~40分钟,35%(B)。流速:1 mL/min。柱温:35℃。检测波长:370 nm。进样量为20μL。结果:芦丁、异槲皮苷、槲皮素的进样量分别在50~1000 mg/L(r1=0.998)、20~600 mg/L(r2=0.997)、10~200 mg/L(r3=0.998)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为102.62%、98.58%、100.31%。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重复性良好可用于辅助降糖片的质量控制。Objective:To establish the methods of detecting the contents of rutin,isoquercitrin and quercetin contained in Fuzhu Jiangtang tablets simultaneously.Methods:HPLC method was used.Chromatographic column:Thermo syncronis C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);mobile phase:acetonitrile(A)-0.1%formic acid(B);gradient elution:0~5 mintues,12%(B);5~15 minutes,22%(B):15~25 minutes,28%(B);25~30 minutes,30%(B);30~40 minutes,35%(B);flow rate:1 m L/min;column temperature:35℃;detection wavelength was 370 nm;sample size was 20μL.Results:Rutin,isoquercitrin and quercetin presented good linear relationship when its sample size ranged from 50 to 1000 mg/L(r1=0.998),20 to 600 mg/L(r2=0.997),and 10 to 200 mg/L(r=0.998)and the integral of peak area,average recovery rates were 102.62%,98.58%and 100.31%.Conclusion:The method,accurate,reliable and repeatable,could be used for quality control of Fuzhu Jiangtang tablets.
