摘　　要：吕仁和教授在肾脏病的诊疗方面积累了丰富的经验,他认为该病的病机为本虚标实之证,常见证型为气血阴阳俱虚,浊毒内停;具体治疗应注重调整阴阳气血平衡,补虚与排浊兼顾,治疗手段可内外治结合。通过分析吕仁和教授治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临证思路为临床治疗提供参考。Professor Lyu Renhe has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF).He thinks that the pathogenesis of the disease is the pattern of root deficiency and branch excess,the common patterns are the deficiency of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,internal obstruction of turbid toxin;the treatment should focus on the balance of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood,replenishing the deficiency complementing discharging the turbidity,internal therapy combined with external therapy.It could provide the reference for clinical therapy by analyzing professor Lyu Renhe′s clinical thinking of treating CRF.
