温针灸联合软组织牵伸技术治疗颈背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征40例

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸联合软组织牵伸技术治疗颈背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予软组织牵伸技术治疗,观察组给予温针灸联合软组织牵伸技术治疗。观察两组临床治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后的肌电阻测量仪痛点的数量及简式Mc Gill疼痛量表评分。结果:总有效率观察组为95.00%(38/40),对照组为80.00%(32/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。红点和黄点痛点数量治疗前后两组组内比较,及治疗后两组组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。简式Mc Gill疼痛量表评分治疗前后两组组内比较及治疗后两组组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合软组织牵伸技术治疗颈背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征可有效减轻患者病痛。Objective: To observe clinical effects of warm needling joined with soft tissue traction technology in the treatment for neck-back myofascial pain syndrome. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases each group, the control group were given soft tissue traction technology,and the observation group warm needling joined with soft tissue traction technology. To observe clinical therapeutic effects in both groups, and compare the number of electromyography pain points and simplified Mc Gill pain scale before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40), higher than80.00%(32/40) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P <0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the number of red and yellow pain points within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);between both groups after treating(P<0.05). The difference presented statistical meanig in simplified Mc Gill pain scales within two groups before and after treating(P <0.05);between both groups after treating(P <0.05).Conclusion: Warm needling joined with soft tissue traction technology in the treatment for neck-back myofascial pain syndrome could effectively relieve the pain of the patients.
