摘  要:为确定快速并准确地鉴别油田用HDPE管材再生料的方法,对添加了再生料的HDPE管材进行了90 d的模拟油田盐水环境暴露试验,通过测试暴露试验前后管材性能的变化,研究了密度、维卡软化温度、拉伸性能、红外光谱、TG曲线、DSC曲线、热稳定性等性能参数对于鉴别HDPE管材中再生料的效果。结合红外图谱和DSC曲线可知,再生料的种类,而密度、维卡软化温度、TG等参数变化对再生料和管材老化均不敏感。拉伸性能、氧化诱导温度无法判定管材是否存在再生料,但是可以根据其变化幅度判定管材是否发生性能变化。氧化诱导时间不仅能够有效检测出使用再生料的不合格管材,还可以判定出服役后发生老化的管材。In order to obtain a quick and accurate method to distinguish regenerated plastics in HDPE pipe used in oil field,a 90-day simulated oilfield brine environment exposure test was carried out for a HDPE pipe using regenerated material.The identification of regenerated plastic in HDPE pipes were studied by testing the changes of the pipe properties before and after exposure,such as density,VST,tensile property,IR spectra,TG curve,DSC curve,thermal stability.The results showed that IR spectrum and DSC curve could identify the type of regenerated plastic.Density,VST and TG were not sensitive to the regenerated material and the degradation of pipe material.Tensile property and OIT(temperature)could not determine the existence of regenerated material,but their changes could be used to show the degradation of pipe material.OIT(time)could not only detect the unqualified pipe using regenerated material,but could also detect degradation after service.
