摘  要:运用CAE分析和CAD设计相结合的方法,设计了某塑件的四面抽芯直接浇口两板模注塑模具。针对塑件浇注困难的问题,在4种潜在浇注方案的基础上,优先选用直浇方案。运用CAE辅助分析找出最佳浇口位置,然后,针对该方案的流动,做了充填、保压、冷却及翘曲方面的优化,经调整后获得了较优的浇注方案。CAE分析结果表明,运用CAD获得了模腔的分型设计及侧抽芯成型件设计。模具结构为单次分型,开模时,四面滑块同步抽芯,塑件的脱模采用顶针+顶块共同顶出方式,有利于型芯水路的开设,减少塑件的顶出变形,保证塑件的成型质量。综合运用CAE/CAD进行模具结构设计,能够缩短新塑件与模具的开发周期与费用,带来了良好的经济效益,提高企业的市场竞争力。By using the method of combining CAE analysis with CAD design,the injection mould of a plastic part with four-sided core-pulling and two-plate direct gate was designed.Aimed at the problem of difficult pouring of plastic parts,based on four potential pouring schemes,the direct pouring scheme was selected first,and the optimal gate position was found out by CAE assistant analysis.Then,according to the flow of the scheme,the optimal pouring scheme was obtained by optimizing and adjusting the filling,holding pressure,cooling and warping aspects.Combining with the results of CAE analysis,the design of mould cavity and side core-pulling parts were obtained by CAD.The structure of the mould was divided into single parts.When opening the mould,four sliders would pull core synchronously.The ejection method of ejector was adopted for the ejection of the plastic parts,which was beneficial to the opening of the core waterway and reduced the ejection deformation of the plastic parts,and ensures the forming quality of the plastic parts.The comprehensive use of CAE/CAD in Mould structure design could shorten the development cycle and cost of new plastic parts and models,bring good economic benefits and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
