摘 要:针对内爆物理实验对编码靶的需求,采用多级集束热拉伸法,制备了包埋聚苯乙烯(PS)编码阵列结构的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)复合丝,经切片、溶解等处理后,得到了具有6孔和26孔编码阵列结构的PMMA模板,再通过电化学沉积得到PMMA/Cu编码阵列复合材料。光学显微镜、微米CT及SEM观测表明,二级拉伸后PS结构直径减小到几十微米,三级拉伸得到的PMMA模板孔径及孔间距一致,分别为5μm和2μm;铜丝径及丝间距与对应的模板一致,铜丝长度达到了30μm;铜微米线在基体中呈规整的编码阵列分布,且表面完整平滑。这2种具有特定尺寸与排列方式的铜微米丝阵列的成功制备,为微纳米阵列的可控制备提供了一种新的方法。To meet the demand of coding array targets in impulsive physics experiment,PMMA composite fiber embedding coding array of polystyrene(PS)were prepared by bunding and melt drawing technology,6 pores and 26 pores coding array PMMA/Cu templates were obtained after section cutting and dissolving processes.PMMA/Cu coding array composite could be achieved by electrochemical deposition using the template.Optical microscope,micron CT and SEM results showed that the PS diameters reduced to tens of microns after two-stage drawing and the pore diameters and spacings of the two PMMA templates were 5μm and 2μm respectively after three-stage drawing.The obtained diameters and spacings of the Cu wires were in accordance with the size of the template.The obtained lengths of the Cu microwires could reach about 30μm.The Cu microwires distributed regularly in the matrix as coding array structure and the surface was smooth and integrated.Two kinds of cooper microwires arrays with specific size and arrangement were successfully prepared,provided a new method for controllable preparation of micro-nanoarray.
