摘  要:采用挤出吹塑工艺并依托熔体拉伸成孔机理,制备了聚丙烯微孔膜,研究了不同吹胀比对聚丙烯初始膜及拉伸后微孔膜结构与性能的影响。结果表明,与吹胀比为1的聚丙烯初始吹塑膜及微孔膜相比,吹胀比为1.4的初始膜弹性回复率、取向度、纵向屈服强度以及应变硬化行为均较为接近,但横向强度明显提高;后拉伸制备的微孔膜透气性、孔隙率和热收缩性等性能也较相近,但穿刺性能得到明显改善。因此,吹塑成型过程中横向应力的存在,能够有效提高聚丙烯初始吹塑膜的横向强度,但是,较大的吹胀比(如吹胀比为2.1)降低了初始膜片晶结构规整性,拉伸微孔膜各项性能也出现了一定程度的下降。The polypropylene microporous membrane was prepared by extrusion-blowing method basing on melt-stretching mechanism.And the influence of blow-up ratio on the structure and properties of blown film and stretched microporous membrane was studied.Compared with the blown film and microporous membrane prepared with blow-up ratio of 1,the elastic recovery,orientation and yield stress along the machine direction of blown film prepared with blow-up ratio of 1.4 were approximate,whereas the latter showed higher tensile strength along transverse direction(TD).The porosity,air permeability and hot-shrinkage of corresponding stretched microporous membrane were also approximate while the puncture strength was obviously improved.During the process of extrusion-blowing,the existence of transverse stress effectively improved the tensile strength along TD,but higher blow-up ratio(such as 2.1)deteriorated the lamellae structure periodicity of blown film and decreased the properties of corresponding microporous membrane.
