摘  要:回采率、选矿回收率和废石混入率是影响露天矿优化设计的重要技术参数。研究露天矿随这些参数变化的灵敏度具有重要意义,对矿山经济效益和设计规模有重要影响。首先,基于案例矿山建立露天矿优化基础模型,包括地表标高模型、品位模型和台阶模型;其次,基于浮锥排除法基本原理,结合当前市场行情和矿山技术条件,优化境界;最后,分别考虑回采率、选矿回收率和废石混入率在给定变化范围内,露天矿经济效益和生产规模变化特点。研究发现,露天矿无论是经济效益还是设计规模,对这三大技术参数灵敏度都有较大差别。The recovery rate of mining and processing,and waste in-ore rate are the important technical parameters in open pit mine design.It is significant to study the sensitivity of open pit mine with these parameters changing,which has important influences on the economic benefit and design scale of mine.Firstly,according to the case of mine,the basic model for optimizing ultimate pit limit is built,containing the surface elevation model,grade model and step model.Then,based on theory of the moving cone elimination,and combining the current market situation and technical condition,the ultimate pit limit is optimized.Finally,the characters of economic benefit and design scale of open pit mine are studied while the recovery rate of mining and processing,and waste in-ore rate change in a given range.The study shows that either economic benefit or design scale has a big difference on the sensitivity to these three parameters.
