摘 要:本文结合三维相似模拟和数值模拟的方法对复采工作面斜交过混合残采区引起的覆岩应力演变特征进行了系统研究。首先,复采工作面斜交过房式残采区过程中,直接顶垮落前后,工作面前方顶板应力值增加迅速,在扰动载荷作用下留设煤柱边缘会出现破碎区域,在房式残采区复采过程中要选择合理的支护距离和控顶距;其次,当通过同样的开采方式过巷式残采区时,采场上部0~5m层位顶板对覆岩有明显应力支撑作用;最后,无论过房式还是巷式残采区,复采工作面斜交过残采区方案都是合理可行的。In this paper,the characteristics of overburden stress evolution caused by oblique crossing of compound mining face over mixed residual mining area are systematically studied by using the methods of three-dimensional similarity simulation and numerical simulation.Firstly,in the process of oblique crossing of compound mining face over room residual mining area,the stress value of roof in front of working face increases rapidly before and after the direct roof span falling.Under the disturbance load,the edge of coal pillar will be fractured,and reasonable support distance and roof control distance should be selected in the process of re-mining of room residual mining area.Then,when the same mining method passes through the roadway-type residual mining area,the roof of 0-5 mstratum in the upper part of the stope has obvious stress support effect on the overburden.Finally,whether through the room-type or roadway-type residual mining area,the scheme of oblique crossing over the residual mining area of the duplicate mining face is reasonable and feasible.
