摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情期间,如何安全、有序地开展临床诊治、如何实施急危重症颅脑疾病患者的紧急救治是神经外科亟需解决的问题。目前医院就诊人员的复杂化,境外输入病例的持续增加,潜在的无症状COVID-19感染患者,使得医院疫情防控任务难度有增无减。在当前形势下的神经外科医疗工作中,各级神经外科医师应该从思想上更加高度重视,按照卫生行政部门和医院的临床分级、分层诊治的管控要求,严格掌握收治手术指征、加强在院患者与家属的日常管理、提升病区及手术区域的消毒措施、强化医护人员日常工作的自我防护意识等方式,开展必要的诊治流程管理,推荐进行多学科协作(MDT)诊疗,以达到符合疫情防控背景下的个体化治疗目标。During the outbreak of novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),how to carry out clinical diagnosis and treatment in a safe and orderly manner and how to implement emergency treatment for patients with acute and severe brain diseases is an urgent problem to be solved in Department of neurosurgery. At present,the complexity of the outpatients,the continuous increase of imported cases and the potential asymptomatic patients infected with COVID-19 make the task of epidemic prevention and control more difficult. In the current epidemic situation,neurosurgeons at all levels should pay more attention to it ideologically. According to the management and control requirements of clinical grading,stratified diagnosis and treatment of health administrative departments and hospitals,they should strictly grasp the indications of surgery,strengthen the daily management of patients and their families in the hospital,enhance the disinfection measures of ward and operation area,improve the selfprotection awareness of medical staff in their daily work,carry out necessary diagnosis and treatment process management,and recommend multi-disciplinary team(MDT)diagnosis and treatment,in order to achieve the goal of individualized treatment in the context of epidemic prevention.
