追踪方法学联合失效模式与效应分析在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间防护物资管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,采用追踪方法学联合失效模式与效应分析(failure mode and effect analysis,FMEA)对某三甲定点医院防护物资发放与使用进行追踪监测,建立突发公共卫生事件防疫物资管理办法,并检验其应用效果。方法按照追踪方法学的理论基础,制定追踪线路、内容、方法,利用追踪方法学联合FMEA对防护物资运动轨迹进行风险评估。制定针对性的改进措施,比较实施此方法前后风险优先指数值(risk priority number,RPN)、医护人员正确使用防疫物资情况。结果运用此方法对防护物资进行管理后,风险优先指数值显著下降,医护人员正确使用医用防疫物资的能力得到显著提高。结论将追踪方法学联合FMEA运用于特殊时期防护物资的管理,有利于促进防护物资科学合理的使用,保障防护物资供应。Objective During the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease-19,tracking methodologies combined with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA)were used to track and monitor the release and use of protective materials in a top three designated hospital to establish a public health emergency prevention Material management measures,and test its application effect.Methods According to the theoretical basis of tracking methodology,the tracking route,content,and skills were determined.The tracking methodology was used in conjunction with FMEA to evaluate the risk of protective material movement.Develop targeted improvement measures,compare the Risk Priority Number(RPN)before and after implementing this method,and the correct use of epidemic preven-tion materials by medical personnel.Results After using this method to manage protective materials,the value of the risk priority index decreased significantly,and the ability of medical personnel to correctly use medical anti-epidemic materials was significantly improved.Conclusion The application of tracking method and FMEA to the management of protective materials in special periods is conducive to the scientific and rational use of protective materials and the protection of protective materials.
