摘 要:目的本研究主要探究献血者因素,如年龄,性别,民族等对红细胞溶血的影响。方法采集全血,制备红细胞悬液,检测储存溶血、渗透性溶血、氧化应激溶血的相关参数,并进行进行统计学分析。结果性别因素在储存溶血(男性0.41%vs.女性0.35%,P<0.01)和渗透性溶血(男性30.5%vs.女性26.0%,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义,民族因素在渗透性溶血差异存在显著性,多因素分析发现储存溶血与性别,壮族和瑶族以及年龄显著相关(P<0.01)。结论献血者因素是红细胞储存质量的独立因素,为制定红细胞保存质量标准提供参考。Objective To explore the influence of donor factors,such as age,gender,nationality,etc.on hemolysis of red blood cells.MethodsThe whole blood was collected,the red blood cell suspension was prepared,and the related parameters of storage hemolysis,osmotic hemolysis and oxidative stress hemolysis were detected.ResultsThere were significant differences in sex factor(male 0.41%vs.female 0.35%,P<0.01)and osmotic hemolysis(male 30.5%vs.female 26.0%,P<0.01).There were significant differences in ethnic factor in osmotic hemolysis.Conclusion The donor factor is the independent factor of RBC storage quality,which provides reference for the establishment of RBC storage quality standard.
