摘 要:针对我国西部地区富煤缺水现象,提出锅炉烟气水回收原则性工业方案。以新疆哈密地区的一台超临界660 MW褐煤机组为例,研究实施烟气水回收在技术上的可行性和合理性,并对净烟道喷淋+新建独立的闭式机械通风空气冷却和氟塑料换热器+新建闭式机械通风空气冷却塔2个方案进行技术经济对比,2个方案的收益均低于新增年运行生产成本,不具有经济效益,但该技术能明显减少电厂外来水的补充量,为当地经济社会发展节约水资源,具有良好的社会效益。In view of the phenomenon of rich coal and lack of water in the western region of China,the principle industrial scheme of boiler flue gas water recovery is put forward.Taking a supercritical 660 MW lignite unit in Hami area of Xinjiang as an example,the feasibility and rationality of flue gas water recovery in technology are studied,and the technical and economic comparison is made between the two schemes of clean flue spray+new independent closed mechanical ventilation air cooling tower and fluoroplastic heat exchanger+new closed mechanical ventilation air cooling tower.The benefits of the two schemes are lower than the new annual operation,and they have no economic benefits.However,the technology can significantly reduce the amount of external water supplement of the power plant,save water resources for the local economic and social development,and have good social benefits.
