摘  要:针对某300 MW机组双进双出磨煤机进煤管由于燃煤掺烧等原因多次发生进煤管堵煤现象进行分析,得出煤质、结构、运行管理等因素是影响磨煤机进煤管堵塞的主要因素,提出加强煤质监督和配煤管理,更换镜面耐磨底板、增加底板倾斜角度、安装堵煤检测报警装置等有效对策,提高了机组运行的安全经济性。This paper analyzes the coal blockage in feeding pipe of the double-ended coal mill of the 300 MW unit due to the mixed burning of coal and other reasons.It is concluded that the coal quality,structure and operation management are the main factors affecting the blockage of the coal inlet pipe of the coal mill.Some effective countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening the coal quality supervision and coal blending management,replacing the mirror wear-resistant bottom plate,increasing the inclination angle of the bottom plate,installing the coal blocking detection and alarm device,which improve the safety and economy of the unit operation.
