摘　　要：互联网的迅速发展,让传统纸质出版业变得曲高和寡,"自出版"、"网络平台出版"、"阅读软件APP"等网络出版方式开始形成新风潮。一方面,自媒体时代网络出版极大丰富了人们的阅读资源,带动了在线阅读、知识付费、影视改编等版权交易方式迅速发展。另一方面,网络出版的滥觞,导致内容创作以流量为导向,版权侵权、内容抄袭、监管不利都给网络版权保护带来了新问题。2016年《网络出版服务管理规定》出台,明确表示自媒体非法外之地。如何做好网络出版版权保护,将会是网络出版领域的一个重要问题。The rapid development of the Internet has made the traditional paper publishing industry become more sophisticated.The network publishing methods such as"self-publishing","web platform publishing"and"reading software APP"have begun to form a new wave.On the one hand,online publishing from the media era has greatly enriched people’s reading resources,and has driven the rapid development of copyright transactions such as online reading,knowledge payment,and film and television adaptation.On the other hand,the prevalence of online publishing has led to traffic-oriented content creation.Copyright infringement,content plagiarism,and unfavorable supervision have brought new problems to network copyright protection.In 2016,the"Regulations on the Administration of Internet Publishing Services"was promulgated,clearly indicating that it was illegal from the media.How to do a good job in copyright protection of online publishing will be an important issue in the field of online publishing.
