农机户农机服务供给决策及其影响因素分析--基于规模差异的视角

摘　　要：农机户面临着农机投资的沉没成本,而参与农机服务市场将有效缓解其成本压力。以湖北荆州120份农机户的微观数据为例,分析不同经营规模农机户农机服务供给差异及产生差异的原因。利用Heckman两阶段模型分析影响农机户决策行为的因素,结果表明:规模差异使农机户服务供给行为也存在差异,经营规模仅对农机户是否供给服务产生显著的负向影响,而对农机户的服务范围无显著影响。除此以外,农机户的受教育程度、农业机械原值等其他因素也相应地影响其农机服务供给行为。因此,政府需进一步开展农机操作培训等工作,以增加农机户收入来源,增强地方农机服务水平。Agricultural machine households face the sunk cost of agricultural machinery investment, and participating in the agricultural machinery service market will effectively alleviate its cost pressure. It was taken the micro-data of 120 farmers in Jingzhou, Hubei Province as an example to analyze the differences in the supply of agricultural machinery services and the reasons. The Heckman two-stage model was used to analyze the factors affecting the decision-making behavior of farmers. The results showed that the scale difference was made the service supply behavior of farmer households also different. The scale of operation only had a significant negative impact on the service of farmers, and the service to farmers. The scope had no significant effect. In addition, other factors such as the education level of agricultural machinery households and the original value of agricultural machinery also affected the agricultural machinery service supply behavior of farmers. Therefore, the government needs to further carry out agricultural machinery operation training and other work to increase the income sources of farmers and enhance the level of local agricultural machinery services.
