摘  要:为探究超细粉碎机粉碎的棉花秸秆基质育苗效果。以"津优30"黄瓜为研究材料,以自主研发9JFW-7型超细粉碎机粉碎物料棉花秸秆作为主要基质原料,分析不同配比棉花秸秆基质对黄瓜穴盘育苗生长形态、干物质量、叶面积、壮苗指数等的影响。超细粉碎的棉花秸秆经过高温-中高温-后熟发酵后,与蛭石、珍珠岩混配成不同比例的黄瓜育苗基质,各基质孔隙度适宜黄瓜育苗生长。处理A基质的黄瓜幼苗根干重与CK差异不显著,但显著高于处理B和C,处理A和CK的叶面积分别比处理B和处理C高5.89%、10.93%和9.04%、14.24%,各处理基质黄瓜壮苗指数以CK>处理A>处理C>处理B。与生产上常用的草炭基质相比,棉花秸秆基质育苗效果良好,可作为代替原料使用,且以处理A基质配比效果为佳。。In order to explore the effect of cotton stalk by superfine crusher of cucumber seedlings.Taking "Jinyou30" cucumber as the research material, Analyzing the effects of different ratio cotton stalk substrates on the growth morphology, biology mass accumulation, leaf area and seedlings index of cucumber by using the independent research and development 9 JFW-730 superfine crusher to crush the cotton stalk as the main substrate material. The results showed that. the superfine crushed cotton stalk, which mixed with vermiculite and perlite after high temperature-medium and high temperature-ripening stage, was suitable for cucumber seedling growth. The root dry weight of cucumber seedlings of treatment A was not significantly different from CK, but significantly higher than B and C, the leaf area of A and CK was higher than B and C, which was 5.89%, 10.93% and 9.04%, 14.24% respectively. The difference of cucumber seedlings index of each treatment was CK>A>C>B. Compared with the peat matrix commonly used in production, the seedling effect of cotton stalk substrates is good, which can be used as substitute material, and the effect of cucumber seedling of treatment A is better.
