基于二维码技术联合移动APP在ICU被服管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究基于二维码技术联合移动APP在ICU被服管理中的应用。方法本次研究以2017年1月—2017年12月ICU被服管理情况为对照组实施传统被服管理方案,2018年1月—2018年12月ICU被服管理情况为试验组实施二维码技术联合移动App被服管理方案,对两组多耐菌污染被服投放清点是否正确,洗涤中心污染被服投放清点是否正确,进行不定期监控观察,抽查和分析。结果试验组多耐菌被服投放清点正确次数25次(80.6%)明显高于对照组12次(38.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组抽查洗涤中心被服投放清点正确次数23次(95.8%)高于对照组17次(70.8%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于二维码技术联合移动APP的应用有利于改善被服清点流程,减少被服遗失,提高投放登记的依从性。Objective To explore the application of QR code technology combined with mobile app in ICU quilt management.Methods In this study,taking the management of ICU quilt and clothing from January 2017 to December 2017 as the control group and the management of ICU quilt and clothing from January 2018 to December 2018 as the experimental group,the two-dimensional code technology combined with mobile app quilt and clothing management program were implemented to check whether the two groups of multi resistant bacteria contaminated quilt and clothing in the washing center were correctly put into the inventory,to carry out irregular monitoring and observation,and to draw samples Check and analyze.Results 25 times(80.6%)of the correct count of the number of times of putting in the test group were significantly higher than 12 times(38.7%)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).23 times(95.8%)of the test group were more than 17 times(70.8%)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mobile app based on QR code technology is beneficial to improve the process of quilt inventory,reduce the loss of quilt and improve the compliance of delivery registration.
