摘 要:目的了解广东省直单位干部2014年—2018年体检满意度及健康管理服务需求。方法自行编制调查问卷,调查2014年—2018年广东省直单位干部共2994人,调查内容包括体检医院体检服务满意度和健康管理服务需求,应用线性趋势χ2检验率的年度变化差异。结果除体检标识指引外,体检满意率均较低,其中体检后健康管理服务满意率最低(≤65.7%),其后依次为体检项目质量(≤70.6%)、体检环境(≤73.1%)、医生检查技术(≤78.1%)、服务态度(≤78.4%),各体检满意率总体上均呈现出逐年升高趋势(P<0.01);健康管理服务需求率均较高,其中建立个人健康档案需求率最高(≥54.8%,2014年为79.6%),其后依次为定期健康小常识提醒(≥39.3%)、健康生活方式干预(≥36.3%)、个人疾病管理(≥29.3%),各健康管理服务需求率总体上均呈现逐年降低趋势(P<0.01)。结论广东省直单位干部体检满意率较低,满意率总体上呈现逐年升高趋势,健康体检服务应注重加强体检后健康管理服务、体检项目质量、体检环境、医生检查技术、服务态度等方面;健康管理服务需求率较高,需求率总体上呈现逐年降低趋势,应注重建立个人健康档案方面的需求。Objective To examine satisfaction of physical examination and demand of health management service among the staff of units directly under Guangdong Province in 2014-2018.Methods We designed questionnaire and investigated 2994 of the study population in 2014-2018.The content of questionnaire included the satisfaction of physical examination and demand of health management service.We analyzed difference of rate in different years by Linear-by-Linear Association.Results Except for physical examination guidelines,other satisfaction rates of physical examination were low.The satisfaction rate of health management service after physical examination was the lowest(≤65.7%),and the following satisfaction rates were quality of physical examination items(≤70.6%),physical examination environment(≤73.1%),doctor's examination technique(≤78.1%),service attitude(≤78.4%).On the whole,all the satisfaction rates of physical examination showed an increasing trend year by year(P<0.01).All the demand rates of health management service were high.The demand rate of establishing personal health records was the highest(≥54.8%,79.6%in 2014),and the following demand rates were regular health tips(≥39.3%),healthy life-style intervention(≥36.3%),personal disease management(≥29.3%).On the whole,all the demand rates of health management service showed a decreasing trend year by year(P<0.01).Conclusion The satisfaction rates of physical examination are low among the study population and they show an increasing trend year by year.Physical examination should strengthen health management service,quality of physical examination items,physical examination environment,doctor's examination technique,service attitude.The demand rates of health management service are high and they show a decreasing trend year by year.Health management service should strengthen establishing personal health records.
