摘　　要：目的分析甘肃省部分三甲医院医务人员科研能力现状,为提升医务人员科研能力提供合理化建议,为提高医务人员科研能力奠定基础。方法2019年5月—2019年6月采用自主设计的问卷,随机对甘肃省4家三甲医院200名医务人员进行实地问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果医务人员学历层次分布不均,高学历人才少;科研项目主持数量与医务人员职称密切相关;晋升职称成为课题申报的主要动因;工作压力大缺少足够科研时间是开展科研的主要障碍。结论医院应加大科研投入,提供学习交流平台掌握科研方法,激励年轻的医务人员积极投入科研,提高医务人员的科研能力,推动医院科研发展。Objective To analyze the current situation of scientific research ability of medical staff in some top three hospitals in Gansu Province,to provide reasonable suggestions for improving the scientific research ability of medical staff,and to provide basis for improving the scientific research ability of medical staff.Methods From May to June 2019,200 medical staff from four top three hospitals in Gansu Province were randomly investigated with self-designed questionnaire,and the results were analyzed.Results The educational level of medical staff was not evenly distributed,and the number of highly educated personnel was less;the number of scientific research projects was closely related to the professional titles of medical staff;the promotion of professional titles became the main motivation of project application;the lack of sufficient research time was the main obstacle to carry out scientific research.Conclusion The hospital should increase the investment in scientific research,provide a learning and exchange platform to master scientific research methods,encourage young medical staff to actively invest in scientific research,improve the scientific research ability of medical staff,and promote the development of scientific research in the hospital.
