某三甲医院质控员培训需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查某三甲医院质控员培训需求,为系统开展专项培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计《赤峰市医院质控员工作需求调查问卷》,对全院476名质控员进行问卷调查。结果90.12%的质控员认为质控工作开展情况较好;93.70%的质控员认为担任质控工作对提升综合素质及业务水平有帮助;在外科系统,最需要培训的内容是病历书写;在内科系统,最需要培训的内容是不良事件质控;在医技科室,最需要培训的内容是危急值质控;81.32%质控员易于接受培训时间在1小时内;38.64%外科科室质控员、37.01%内科科室质控员、45.83%医技科室质控员最希望改进的培训方式是上传培训课件。结论根据培训需求,有针对性的制定满足一线科室需求的培训方案,切实提升科室的自控水平。Objective To investigate the training requirements of quality control team in a third-grade class-A hospital,so as to provide scientific basis for training of quality control staff.Methods 476 quality controllers in Chifeng municipal hospital were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results 90.12% of the quality control staff think that the quality control project they are responsible for is in good condition;93.70% of the quality control staff think that quality control work is helpful to improve personal comprehensive quality and professional level.In the surgical system,the most important training content is medical record writing;in the internal medicine system,the most important training content is adverse event quality control;in the medical technology department,the most important training content is critical value quality control.81.32% quality controller is easy to receive training within 1 hour;38.64% of the quality control staff in surgery department,37.01% of the quality control staff in internal medicine department and 45.83%of the quality control staff in medical technology department hope to improve the training method most by uploading the training courseware to OA or WeChat group.Conclusion According to the training needs,a targeted training program is developed to meet the needs of the front-line departments,so as to effectively improve the self-control level of the departments.
