微创与开颅手术在脑出血治疗中的临床对比

摘　　要：目的探讨微创手术与开颅手术治疗脑出血的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年3月—2019年3月收治的脑出血患者70例,按随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组各35例。参照组采用传统开颅手术治疗,研究组采用微创手术治疗,对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,同时对比两组患者术前、术后3个月生活质量评分及神经功能缺损评分。结果研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均少于参照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者生活质量评分及神经功能缺损评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者生活质量评分高于参照组,且神经功能缺损评分低于参照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创手术用于脑出血患者手术治疗的作用效果,推广价值高。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive surgery and craniotomy for cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Seventy patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group and the study group,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with traditional craniotomy.The study group was treated with minimally invasive surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.The quality of life score and neurological function defect score were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after surgery.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospitalization time of the study group were less than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life score and neurological deficit score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the neurological deficit score was lower than the super group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive surgery on surgical treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage has a high value.
