PDCA循环法提高急诊生化检验结果回报及时率研究

摘　　要：目的研究应用PDCA循环法提高急诊生化检验结果回报时间及时率的效果。方法选取2017年7月—2018年9月医院收治的进行急诊生化检验的患者198例,其中包括实施PDCA前的99例和实施PDCA后的99例。比较PDCA循环法实施前后的急诊生化检验结果回报时间、及时率、满意率。结果实施组,急诊生化检验结果回报时间(1.35±0.27)h,短于未实施组的(1.92±0.44)h,有显著差异(P<0.05)。实施组,急诊生化检验结果回报及时率84.85%,高于未实施组的60.61%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。实施组,医护人员对急诊生化检验结果回报满意率为95.96%,高于实施前的74.75%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在急诊生化检验中,采取PDCA循环法,能够有效缩短结果回报时间,提高回报及时率,同时提高医护人员满意率,应用效果十分理想。Objective To study the effect of applying the PDCA cycle method to improve the time and rate of return of emergency biochemical test results.Methods From July 2017 to September 2018,198 patients who were admitted to the hospital for emergency biochemical examination were selected,including 99 cases before the implementation of PDCA and 99 cases after the implementation of PDCA.The return time,timeliness,and satisfaction rate of the emergency biochemical test results before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle method were compared.Results After implementation,the return time of emergency biochemical test results was(1.35±0.27)h,which was shorter than that before implementation(1.92±0.44)h,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After the implementation,the return rate of the emergency biochemical test results was 84.85%,which was higher than the 60.61% before the implementation,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).After the implementation,the satisfaction rate of the medical staff for the emergency biochemical test results was 95.96%,which was higher than 74.75%before the implementation,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency biochemical examination,the PDCA cycle method can effectively shorten the time to return results,improve the timeliness of returns,and improve the satisfaction rate of medical staff.The application effect is very satisfactory.
