摘　　要：目的对比CR与DR进行胸部摄影的质量。方法回顾分析2019年1月—2019年6月来院进行胸部摄影检查的患者60例,依据摄影方式将患者分为计算机X线摄影(CR组30例)和数字化X线摄影(DR组30例),对比2种方法的成像质量及成像性能参数。结果DR组的甲级片率为26.67%高于CR组的3.33%,废片率为0低于CR组的20.00%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DR组的摄影时间短于CR组、射线曝光千伏值低于CR组、曝光速度快于CR组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸部摄影时DR摄影的摄影时间较CR短,X线辐射损害低,且成像质量更优,具有更高的临床诊断应用价值。Objective To compare the quality of chest radiography between CR and DR.Methods Choose 60 patients undergoing chest radiography from January 2019 to June 2019,the patients were divided into CR group(n=30)and DR group(n=30)according to the mode of photography.Compared the imaging quality and performance parameters of the two methods.Results The rate of grade A tablets in DR group was 26.67% higher than that CR group(3.33%),and the rate of waste tablets was 0,lower than that CR group(20.00%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The photography time of DR group was shorter than that of CR group,the kilovolt value of ray exposure was lower than that of CR group,and the exposure speed was faster than that of CR group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The imaging time of DR is shorter than that of CR,and the imaging quality is better,X-ray radiation damage is lower,so it has higher clinical diagnostic value.
