摘  要:目的探讨CT影像在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)相关肺癌易感基因序列植入芯片技术中的应用。方法选择2017年2月—2018年12月OSA患者67例作为对象,所有患者均于CT影像下植入OSA相关肺癌易感基因序列植芯片技术,植入后对患者进行12个月随访,统计OSA患者肺癌发生率。结果67例患者CT影像下均完成基因芯片植入,66例植入位置准确,准确率为98.51%;患者均完成12个月随访,中途无失访病例。患者中,12个月随访时肺癌发生率最高,占10.45%,随访12个月中不同时间肺癌发生率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT影像用于OSA相关肺癌易感基因序列植入芯片技术中能获得较高的准确性,能较好的预测肺癌的发生,能为肺癌诊疗提供依据和参考。Objective To investigate the application of CT imaging in the implantation of susceptible gene sequences for lung cancer in patients with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA).Methods 67 patients with OSA from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.All patients were implanted with OSA-related lung cancer susceptible gene sequence chip technology under CT imaging.The patients were followed up for 12 months after implantation.Statistics incidence of lung cancer in OSA patients.Results Gene chip implantation was performed on CT images of 67 patients,and the implantation position was accurate in 66 patients.The accuracy rate was 98.51%.All patients completed 12-month followup without any lost follow-up cases.Among patients,the incidence of lung cancer was the highest at 12 months of follow-up,accounting for 10.45%,and the incidence of lung cancer with different time in the 12 months was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT imaging can be used in OSA-related lung cancer susceptibility gene sequence implantation chip technology to obtain higher accuracy,can better predict the occurrence of lung cancer,and can provide basis and reference for lung cancer diagnosis and treatment.
